How to check me
You should know who's coming into your home. Here's what I have, and how you can check it yourself.
Criminal record check
South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) name search, September 2026: no South Carolina record found. I carry a copy and re-run it every September.
You can run the same search yourself at catch.sled.sc.gov. Ask me and I'll give you the details you'll need.
Insurance
I carry general liability, professional liability and cyber insurance through biBERK. Ask and I'll email you a certificate of insurance.
Experience
23 years in Microsoft tech support, including a management role supporting Microsoft Outlook engineers. I've also led technical support teams as a director at OneMain Financial.
My rules in your home
- I never ask for banking or credit card passwords, and I don't log into financial accounts.
- I leave written notes after every visit, in plain language.
- If I can't fix it, I tell you what I found and any charge before I finish.
- A family member is welcome on speakerphone or video during any visit.
- I don't install or service medical alert or medical monitoring devices.
